But not only. The high inflation that has been felt in Portugal for almost 1 year has also supported the evolution of property prices, which have been rising for several years, thus making it difficult for many families to access housing.<\/p><p>\nWith all this, it is not surprising that the houses to buy have reached high values compared to previous years. According to the idealista, the price of houses for purchase in December 2022 was 6.4% more expensive compared to the same month in 2021.
