The residential market experienced a slowdown in activity in th first quarter of 2026. During this period, 37.750 homes were sold in Portugal mainland, representing a 9.4% decrease compared to the previous quarter, when approximately 41.600 transactions were recorded.

This performance confirms the trend of less dynamism observed since the second half of last year.
