Housing sales prices in mainland Portugal rose by 1.6% month-on-month in January this year, confirming that the residential market is continuing the strong appreciation trend seen throughout 2025.

In year-on-year terms, January 2026 shows a variation of 23.4%, keeping this indicator at its highest levels in the last four decades.
