Between January and September 2026, 111,490 homes were sold in mainland Portugal, a volume that represents a 9.0% reduction compared to the 122,500 transactions recorded in the same period of 2025.
In the first nine months of this year, the market recorded a quarterly average of approximately 37,160 homes sold, below the 41,030 transactions per quarter observed in 2025.
