The increase of housing prices slowed across most of Portugal in Q2 of 2026.

According to the Residential Price Index from Confidencial Imobiliário, calculated at a municipal level, 210 of the 278 municipalities in Portugal mainland (76%) recorded a contraction in the annual rate of change compared to the end of 2025.
